"Real Madrid legend Santillana frustrated: What needs to change"

Real Madrid legend Carlos Santillana has slammed the current reign of president Florentino Perez.

Santillana says the lack of success at Real isn't good enough.

"It is not normal, or rather strange and worrying that in ten years we've only won two leagues," said Santillana.

"Real Madrid needs a great CEO. A person who works in depth with the institution for the first team, for their possible injuries or transfers, on the academy, with the members, for stepping up to the media."

He added: "I feel great that Madrid players are awarded the Ballon d'Or and the Golden Boot, the Pichichi and Zamora trophies ... obviously gives prestige to the club, but Real Madrid exists to achieve the maximum titles possible in every season."
