Dad delivers his own baby – and manages to film the birth at the same time

Well, at least we know dad can multi-task.

A new dad not only managed to deliver his own baby, but he had the foresight to set up his camera first so he captured the whole thing on film.

Keen photographer Martin Boyce, 35, from Leicester was called into action when his partner Holly Dawson, 24, went into labour in the early hours of the morning, and their baby ended up arriving before the midwives.

‘Holly woke me up at about 3.30am on Sunday morning – she quite calmly said, “I think it’s started”‘ Martin explained. ‘But we thought we had ages and ages to wait’.
