Ninja Warrior UK’s assault course remained unconquered in the series two final

The second series of Ninja Warrior UK is over and we’re beginning to wonder if anybody is ever going to scale Mount Midoriyama.



Because Saturday night’s final saw the epic obstacle remain untouched as only three of the remaining contenders made it to the second stage of the assault course – only to come a cropper before they even made it that far.

There were also shock exits for 2015’s ‘last man standing’ Timothy Sheiff and fellow series one contestant Toby Segar – both of whom reached the second stage but crashed out on the tricky Salmon Ladder.

In the end it was the third of the round two competitors, Owen ‘The Stuff’ McKenzie, who was crowned last man standing after making it just that bit further than the other two.
